At World of Nutrition, we are committed to delivering 100% genuine and high-quality nutrition products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or expired

  • You received an incorrect product

  • The product is tampered with or not sealed properly

Note: Due to the nature of nutrition and supplement products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items.

2. Return Request Timeline

  • Customers must raise a return or refund request within 48 hours of delivery

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted

To initiate a return:

    • Clear images/video of the product showing the issue

4. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

    • Bank transfer (if applicable)

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

7. Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability

8. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping will be covered by us

  • Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable
