  • Within Odisha: 1–3 business days

  • Rest of India: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email

  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website

5. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery across India.

6. Delays in Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a damaged or tampered package, do not accept it if possible

  • If accepted, report the issue within 48 hours with proper images/videos

  • Such cases will be handled as per our Refund Policy

9. Partial Deliveries

  • In rare cases, orders with multiple items may be delivered separately
